My wife and I were fortunate to find the Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel. Huong Tra greeted us with a welcoming smile and was super helpful in checking us in. Our room had a street view, was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The staff we encountered, from the doormen to the cleaning ladies, and the people working in the breakfast room, were amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Considering its location in the old quarter, the hotel is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi and wanting to stay in the Old Quarter.

It was also close walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake and Hanoi Opera House, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. They were happy to answer any questions I had and provided great advice on the best places to eat and explore. The hotel also had a great selection of amenities, including a sauna, and spa. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi.

The hotel was amazing. First we were staying in another hotel but we didn’t like it, so when we went back to Hanoi from Da Nang, we chose to stay in this hotel. It is amazing hotel, amazing room and amazing staff. They were all so polite, the upgraded us without requesting it and without extra charge but the thing is that they were very clean. We needed to leave very early the next day so we didn’t have time for breakfast and they prepared for us take away breakfast. Very well decent, and the hotel is spotted in the center of the Old Quarter. Is highly recommended!

We had 3 rooms and the hotel was sweet to allow us to take a whole level. The breakfast was great, and the dinner we ate at the restaurant was worth going for and the price for that good quality was really reasonable. There's a rack in the toilet which was great for us hanging clothes to dry. The staff there are friendly and helpful.
