The hotel was amazing. First we were staying in another hotel but we didn’t like it, so when we went back to Hanoi from Da Nang, we chose to stay in this hotel. It is amazing hotel, amazing room and amazing staff. They were all so polite, the upgraded us without requesting it and without extra charge but the thing is that they were very clean. We needed to leave very early the next day so we didn’t have time for breakfast and they prepared for us take away breakfast. Very well decent, and the hotel is spotted in the center of the Old Quarter. Is highly recommended!

Based on other hotels in old quarter this Hotel was by far the best in every aspect. Don’t always believe the rating on this site as this Hotel should be higher! I liked it. And for a Yorkshireman is was great value for money too. Finally, try eating at Bun Cha Dak Kim (turn left out of hotel and it’s at the end of the street). They only do 1 dish and boy is it good.

My wife and I were fortunate to find the Hong Ngoc Dynastie Boutique Hotel. Huong Tra greeted us with a welcoming smile and was super helpful in checking us in. Our room had a street view, was clean, very comfortable, and quiet. The staff we encountered, from the doormen to the cleaning ladies, and the people working in the breakfast room, were amazing. They went above and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. Considering its location in the old quarter, the hotel is reasonably priced. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Hanoi and wanting to stay in the Old Quarter.

Value for money. At very center location. Staff very co operative. I got free upgrade to suite & it was cherry on cake. What was more touching was they gave me take away breakfast as I checkout early 5 30 am even without asking for it . I forgot my jacket in van which they tried to send it to my next hotel by courier. I got my jacket at Ho chi Manh. Nice spread for breakfast. They have vegetarian options also.Thank you so much.

The spaciousness of the room was great, I was also fortunate enough to be given a complimentary upgrade which may have contributed this. The cleanliness also to a good standard and the cleaning staff very attentive. Manager Brian also a highlight and a pleasant hard working hotelier to cross paths with.

An incredible location in the Old Quarter of Hanoi. Literally steps away from some of the best phó, banh mi and local foods in the city. Also very close to the cathedral. Nice breakfast, helpful staff and some of the friendliest women that keep the rooms tidy and clean.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were coming back from Ha Long Bay when our flight to HCM was delayed and they allowed us to leave our luggage with them even when we’ve checked-out 2 days before. The location is great, really at the heart of the old center and you can do everything by foot. Price-quality is great for a short stay in Hanoi!

The location was near the night market, the shopping area (including night market) and the eating places. It's also only 40min from the airport. We had 3 rooms and the hotel was sweet to allow us to take a whole level. The breakfast was great, and the dinner we ate at the restaurant was worth going for and the price for that good quality was really reasonable. There's a rack in the toilet which was great for us hanging clothes to dry. The staff there are friendly and helpful.

The room I stayed in was especially delightful, with a nostalgic city view that I could enjoy from the comfort of my bed. It was also close walking distance to the Hoan Kiem lake and Hanoi Opera House, making it very convenient to explore the city. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. They were happy to answer any questions I had and provided great advice on the best places to eat and explore. The hotel also had a great selection of amenities, including a sauna, and spa. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Hanoi.
